How do I place an Order?
Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org for inquiries. Orders require a 50% non-refundable deposit to begin production and balance will be due prior to ship date.
What is your shipping process?
Pending completion of your order, we will cost out the cost of crating and shipping your order.
For small orders we use UPS ground shipping. For large orders our standard practice is crating your order and arranging freight shipment or white glove if requested.
What is your return policy?
Custom and made to order items may not be returned. Deposit payment is due prior to production start, balance payment is due upon completion prior to shipping.
If product is damaged or structurally defective we will issue a full refund or repair at the studio's discretion. This will be determined once we have received the item at our facility. The product must be unassembled and in its original packaging.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Are there any variations in the material or product?
Everything is made to order. The materials are all natural product and will differ from wood to wood, hide to hide. Variations should not be considered a fault but inherent of the natural beauty and uniqueness of each material.
The furniture is also made to order, allow for 1/8" tolerance as needed.
